I’ve gone back to the gym and have steadily upped my weights.
While I know it’s gonna be tough, it feels mean spirited that after half an hour I look like a damp, fuzzy beet.

Thinking about this guy today. About how much he loved science and space, and while he never could quite figure out how he wound up with two daughters who loved music and art, he was always down for the ride.
