So Comcast (cable/ISP) was working in our neighborhood while I was in the middle of this on-line class and cut our connection three different times 🤬

I hate that feeling.
A lot of knowledge in my field is of the use it or lose it type. I have to occasionally do some of the things I’d normally delegate to others just to keep the skills fresh. Even then I have to ask certain members of my crew for hints & tips on some of it.

At the county fair listing to a band playing on one of the small stages (free show). Started out good with some old 70’s & 80’s classics. Then they played Smooth by Santana & Rob Thomas. That one was bad. The total opposite of smooth. Reminded me of Marla Hooch singing in A League of Their Own.

One of the side effect “perks” of the OH’s medical treatment is that it comes shipped in a cooler. That means more ice packs for a countertop swamp cooler. It’s not going to cool the room down, but it pulls out a heck of a lot of the moisture. There’s another set deployed in the living room.

Well the ass hats at Microsoft fucked me over… again. They pushed Windows 11 onto my old PC here which I have fought to hold on to for a few more weeks after getting a new PC. There were old apps and scripts that I still needed to keep functioning. Now they’re not functioning. 🤬

We stopped off at a small zoo that is part of a breeding program for Ringtail Lemurs.
This one is Luka (his normal housing is not endowed with a second floor for those of a certain age who may be wondering 😋). He’s about 3 months old and loves jumping from person to person.

Sun is out and we got front row seats for the best show, #CirqueDuSewer. Even the cats get in the action behind the scenes. I believe this is Sputnik back stage doing some mighty fine stage managing.
