So I got my autism evaluation results today.
I’m autistic.
I’m glad I got this answer for myself. After ten years of actively trying to improve my mental health… researching, attending therapy (over and over), so many meds, hospital stays…
I feel like I’m finally able to just exist.

Left side of the spider lily is almost done.
These bloomed in our yard last year. However, the kids dug up the bulbs in spring not realizing what they were… so we had none this year.
They apparently symbolize death… but also rebirth. They felt like a warning and encouragement all at once.

I found out why my shipping wasn’t calculating correctly… Shippo doesn’t calculate shipping when an item is marked for preorder.

Seizure activity has greatly increased this week.
I’ve been trying to stay on top of everything, but the drop seizures wreak everything. It takes hours to recover. I did not calculate for this. I haven’t had many seizures this year and thought everything was improving… silly me. 🫠

My second session for my autism assessment went a lot better than the first. I decided that I was going to take more time to look at my notes before answering. It was pretty repetitive. But I feel that we got all the info out and addressed by the end. I have my last appointment next week.

My husband is looking for a new job after being laid off and I want to work hard to make ends meet for our kids. We need to keep the house, buy food, and pay utilities. That’s a lot of money each month

We spent a few hours walking a local trail. And I tried out my dedicated camera with the polarizing filter. Super happy with a lot of the photos.
