Today's extra curricular baking:
Gluten free carrot cake with a chai spiced caramel in the middle.
Wife will be taking care of the frosting as she wants to try some fancy decorating.
This is Thanksgiving dessert.

It's a conservatory that's featuring local Edmonton landmarks made out of Lego as well as a ton of Lego flowers throughout the rest of the plants.
