Gluten free carrot cake with a chai spiced caramel in the middle.
Wife will be taking care of the frosting as she wants to try some fancy decorating.

The heat this summer has been brutal. When it's 32 outside I really don't feel like making any food that goes into the oven.
And it's just gross. Fall is coming and I'll appreciate the shit out of those two weeks.
