Got my gardening clog tangled in Ruby's shower hammock while stupidly trying to step over it rigging up better tarp "walls" for winter, and fell down. It was slow motion and that area is covered in playground foam tiles in case of trouble with Ruby's transfers, but I'm still gonna be sore, dang it.

"In an internal memo from September, CEO Sam Altman said that OpenAI’s “audacious long-term goal is to build 250 gigawatts of capacity by 2033.” If Altman achieves this goal, OpenAI will need almost exactly as much electricity as India’s 1.5 billion people"

This isn’t law enforcement doing its job. It’s the escalation of a culture of fear that punishes anyone who dares to document it.
a new genre of photo in the last year is federal agents working for ICE pointing guns directly at photographers

The story of Alma Bowman, a disabled woman and US citizen detained by ICE, keeps getting worse

She’s been in the country for 50 years. They took her wheelchair, denied her medications & threw her in a detention facility in Georgia

Did you know she was a whistle blower against forced sterilization?

I'm working on spiffing up this Omnimask. I was right that this step would significantly de-emphasize the filters! Now to make it look GOOD.

The $ math isn’t mathing, and the square footage isn’t squaring up.

I know I’m not the only one thinking Trump’s not building a ballroom but an alternate White House, lined in plenty of tacky gold to match his ego. He’s not planning on leaving.

Seems like a good time to remind folks of this study. This is an excellent time to WANT to wear a tinfoil hat, but it's a TRAP. Signals governments use for this kind of thing are AMPLIFIED, not blocked, by tinfoil hats.

This has been a public service announcement.

The "fun" part is, that second word is the one I ALMOST started with, but changed THOSE TWO letters to be more in line with which letters are more commonly USED.
