We just finished a twenty plus year petroleum expedition. Why invade a country with a Nobel Prize for Peace opposition leader? They obviously are trying to solve their own problems.

Crude Oil prices are not directly connected to refinery production. Gasoline and Diesel prices are products. These producers aren’t going to just leave money on the table by lowering prices because one input collapses in price.
