Under Settings->Moderation you can block keywords. Although some people don't tag their posts, adding these two words has reduced it a lot for me.

But at the least I do feel the Next button on the Yes/No dialog is not needed, and I'd make the "File 1" text bigger. That's just my impression though, definitely worth getting a second opinion. Good luck for you game!

Sorry for the late reply! I think the other menus I understood easily enough. I don't think you have to list all saves since that is more complex. But as an idea, you could move the "Next" button to below the square, add a Previous button, and make the "File 1" text bigger.
