You’d think you’d be able to trust people who OWN INTERESTS IN A CLOSELY-HELD BUSINESS to provide the correct name for said business. AND YET. 😩

Dear Businesses: Please for the love of god put your actual, registered legal name SOMEWHERE on your website. Please, I am begging. 😭

I finally figured this out with the Rosetta Stone of a blog post about a merger last year that FINALLY actually provided the legal name of the business. 😩

If they’re a reputable outfit, you should be able to let them know you’ve had a bad reaction to whatever they’re using and they should be able to swap to an alternate product! You just have to let them know in advance so they make sure they have the right supplies when they come out next.
