Insurance is another matter, though. The pharmacy already told me I’d have to pay out of pocket even if I was able to get the doctor to sign off on an early refill. Hopefully it won’t be too bad but I’d pay just about anything to not have severe daily panic attacks and agoraphobia. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was having trouble filling early like for instance when I’m going to be out of town for weeks at a time and found out it was the pharmacy and not my doctor. She was pissed when she found out and now adds some extra to my script to avoid this. That’s why I was mortified that I lost it.

I was freaking out about what they’d think of me, how I was going to manage work, canceling an upcoming solo trip, etc. I definitely won’t let this happen again.

She literally saved me weeks of agony, missed work, and a potential ER visit. Fortunately, this is the first time this has happened after years of being on this medication, so I’ve earned some trust. This is the reality of living with mental illness, even when it’s well managed. #mentalhealth
