I love the concept of manuals of me. I think for me, 1-2-1 is easier cuz everyone feels 'safe' to be more straightforward and open with me. It's more in bigger meetings in groups. I find it mentally draining to adjust my comms style or try to decipher what people are saying. 😭

i might have something! We've been working on a project for reporting an outbreak in ASC. I've spoken with a few local authorities (government public health teams) around their experiences of using our service. But it's very niche, so not sure if it'll be helpful. lemme know
