One under discussed aspect of lethal US strikes in the Caribbean is the effect on mil-intel cooperation with foreign partners.

If I was still in the US government & a foreign partner started lawlessly killing people like this, I'd definitely raise a red flag w/r/t intel sharing, arms sales, etc.

So… did anyone else finish A House of Dynamite and think, “Wait, how close are we to that actually happening?” 😬
Spoiler: closer than you think.
In 101 days, the last treaty limiting U.S. and Russian nuclear weapons expires — and no one’s talking about it.
We’re fixing that.

34 people killed in 50 days. Their guilt or innocence unknown, for an alleged crime that doesn't carry a death sentence. That's a lot of death.

Trump has ordered armed National Guard troops into Washington, D.C. and seized control of the Metropolitan Police Department.

This is not about public safety — it’s a power grab, using our military and law enforcement as political weapons against our own communities.

80 years ago this week, two cities — Hiroshima and Nagasaki — were engulfed in nuclear fire. Hundreds of thousands were killed or sickened, their families forever scarred.
As a new nuclear arms race looms, their stories are our warning — and our call to act.

80 years ago this week, the U.S. detonated the world’s first nuclear weapon. The Trinity Test created the first nuclear explosion, and with it the first victims of these apocalyptic weapons. Communities downwind of the test suffered from the radiation the test unleashed, and still do today. 🧵

It’s… TIIIIMMMEEE for Congress’s annual ritual of handing the Pentagon more money than it needs, wants, or can keep track of and directing it to do a bunch of things that, by and large, make us all less safe.
