I live in Manhattan and I like chocolate and songs.
But I really love live theater!

I hope that is how it plays out.

Fuck that, Shammai was always right. Hillel was the John Roberts of his time.

Narcissistic, counter to the norms of a free society. Absurd, too. Probably not illegal, at least the lettering.

I think it's probably not a crime either way. Just a question of how dumb an act it is.

Yeah seems very bad! What if it's Halloween and you are 670 and you repaint as 666? Crime?

If you're the landlord probably not. Is there a law that they have to be correct? I wouldn't be surprised either way, people might not feel such a law was necessary.

You do it to make the president feel better. It's creepy but I don't see why it would be illegal for them to mislabel it.

Congress decides what the institution is called, but not what text it puts on its building.
December 20, 2025 at 5:43 PM
Why? The Kennedy Center can choose to put whatever text it wants on its building, I would think, why should it have to be its name if they don't want it to be?

Don't make me read this is 2025

You're really going to go back past Portal? That is bold.

This is a good choice, it will save enough water for 15,000 dreams about being late to something important.

Walking around your neighborhood takes about 4 miles per hour. Hair salon, grocery store, stalking a neighbor, all 4 MPH. But a single trip to Walmart can consume up to 60 MPH!

I'm struck by how whether the AI was correct about the cause is not important in this story. He's not going to try to confirm the theory or do any intervention, he just needed a story he could believe.

I don't know if that's important, or how different plausibility and correctness are in this case.
