近所の店でタイのホーリーバジルを見つけたので、また三杯鶏を作りました。あまり売れないので、置いてあることが珍しいです。とても幸運でした～。

ここ数日投稿していませんでした。先週は二回だけだったかな？もっと頑張りたいです…
近所の店でタイのホーリーバジルを見つけたので、また三杯鶏を作りました。あまり売れないので、置いてあることが珍しいです。とても幸運でした～。

今日は鶏米芽菜 (ジーミーヤツァイ) を作りました。鶏肉、保存された高菜、そして大量のチリを使った美味しい四川料理です！
他の四川料理ほど辛くはないですが、それでもチリがたくさん入っているので少しは辛いです。🌶️
これで三回目になります。本当に大好きです！ 明日はインスタントラーメンです〜😎

今日は鶏米芽菜 (ジーミーヤツァイ) を作りました。鶏肉、保存された高菜、そして大量のチリを使った美味しい四川料理です！
他の四川料理ほど辛くはないですが、それでもチリがたくさん入っているので少しは辛いです。🌶️

Today I made 鸡米芽菜 (jimi yacai), a delicious Szechuanese dish that uses chicken, preserved mustard greens, and a whole heap of chilis!
It's not as spicy as many Szechuanese dishes, but so many chilis will still burn a little.~
I've made it three times now. I really love it!
Instant ramen tomorrow 😎
