Duck Meditation: close your eyes and visualize yourself as a mallard idly paddling in an undisturbed pond. Intrusive thoughts, self judgements, external pressure, all turn to drops of water that roll right off your back. The world is wet but you stay dry, floating effortlessly. Quack. #mindfulness
