As they’re in Marbella and it’s after midnight there (and at FIFA headquarters in Zurich), I can’t get a comment from them at this hour.

#FCDallas announces that they have purchased Patrickson Delgado from Independiente del Valle. Delgado signed a three-year contract with a one-year club option. He will occupy an international slot on the roster. No mention of a U22 slot though with him.
