'Hidden' provision in Trump's big bill could disarm US Supreme Court
The provision would bar courts from enforcing contempt citations for violations of injunctions or temporary restraining orders unless a bond has been paid.

I’m so sad to hear about the passing of one of comic’s greatest writers, Peter David, I absolutely love his Hulk run and it definitely made me a life long Hulk fan but all his other series were just as good. Rest in Peace legend.

@maddow.msnbc.com I am a lawyer and don’t understand why this judge doesn’t hold someone in contempt! I’m not a litigator, but she has given the administration of difference. She should demand they produce Kika Scott. And if she does not answer put her in jail until they return Mr. Garcia!
