At some point in your life you accumulate enough “bad stuff”, that you really, truly, and honestly learn to appreciate the “good stuff”.
Cultivating a habit for gratefulness is so important for happiness and well-being.
Wish I would have learned that lesson a long time ago. But it wasn’t possible.

At some point in your life you accumulate enough “bad stuff”, that you really, truly, and honestly learn to appreciate the “good stuff”.
Cultivating a habit for gratefulness is so important for happiness and well-being.

As a swimmer and coach, I have spent a lot of time in locker rooms. That includes with gay, and trans men.
Never once have I felt threatened, attacked, insecure, or even solicited.
Except from cis white men.

At professional and college sports events why do only military veterans get special recognition? Why not Kindergarten Teachers, Nurses, Police, and others?
