It’s month end for us, so it’s 10 hour shifts and I worked from 5am - 5pm today so I could take a 2 hour lunch and go to a friend’s retirement party at my old job! She was so surprised, so that made the long day worth it!

Oh no! There was one week where we were in 8 hour boot camps all day and I had to do the talking and I ended up with laryngitis. 🤣 Rest up! Drink plenty of fluids! Make sure you snack and rest those eyes!! I’m so proud of you for blocking the calendar! Sometimes you have to put up a do not disturb!

Those days are so draining. Are they on camera or can you have cameras off? So much talking and not getting work done, because you’re in so many meetings in a single day is so overwhelming! I hope today can be a quiet one for you!
