Maybe they just have a thing for looking at muscular bodies? I certainly do. I also like looking at female bodies, which I learned outside of gaming.

the VFX may be dated, but it's still one of the few sci-fi shows that understood how space psychics - thrust, inertia, gravity, etc - worked. Had some engaging plotlines, too, that stretched across many episodes.

Hah, I definitely feel the second statement. There was another of those "vibe" surveys last week, and I scored them very poorly on the "likelihood to recommend working here".

On the other hand, I have survived three or four layoffs already since I've been there many years now. On the gripping hand, I have too many bills and plans for both 2025 and the future, that I don't think Unemployment would be enough to support them (and my savings is nearly depleted).

Even so, folks will have severance and guaranteed employment until the end of March.

I don't know how stressed I should be. On the one hand, I am on a team that it integral to all the games we distribute/support, and my direct bosses appreciate what I do for the team.

I read Iron Widow a while back and loved it. I believe there's a sequel I still need to read.
