On Steam etc., it sucks creating the huge amount of cover art variations for different aspect ratios and usages.
One game's cover art that impressed me is The Pathless. They somehow made a design which has perfect compositions when cropped in a variety of ways, with no further adjustments needed!

The "Xbox Game Pass is/isn't profitable" story that's been floating around this week is very silly. Profitability is a squishy metric that any company can manipulate in all sorts of ways with dark accounting wizardry. The metric that matters most to Microsoft is *growth*, not "profitability"

Not to be demeaning in any way, no shade whatsoever, but I just think that it's important for more people to realise that these are exactly the same thing - the same skill, same mindset, using the same muscles. Plus it feels like every single person I know irl enjoys at least one of these things.
