Post Brexit, the FTSE's performance has beer dire when compared to other European stock markets, which could account for equities not performing better vs housing after the interest rates normalisation of late.
Would be interesting to see the same chart for other large European economies.

I know that there's no direct correlation between stock market and country economy, but long term it should be partly reflective of each other.
DAX/Nikkei have outperformed the DOW over 5 years when both Germany and Japan's economy are in the doldrums. Can somebody explain it to me?

Pretty cloudy all over Spain today, yet over 40% of grid electricity is currently being produced by solar. It shows that it doesn't have to be particularly sunny for solar to be effective.
