Recent visit to Tenerife restored my focus.Time by the sea,feeling the suns rays. As a SAD suffer it’s really important I get out in the daylight daily.Im lucky I can afford a winter holiday in the sun.Don’t underestimate the power of nature #sun #nature #mentalhealth #seasonalaffectivedisorder
