Dog lover, loves winter and snow, hiker, snowmobile, anything outdoors, bike rider, hiker and I have recently discovered, an advocate for
political change, we need to give some power back to the voters. 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 I support Ukraine.
Well there goes the, "well, what about China", excuse used by some as a reason not to switch to green energy energy.

Affordable EVs don't exist for a lot of Canadians, especially since the incentives were removed. For me, less fossil fuel pollution is more important. How would having these cars available affect our critical minerals production?

They turned it into a distraction from other political issues. Not a good thing for those farmers.

I'm going to say yes.

We want green, clean electrification. The world is moving on, why would we bet on fossil fuels?

Decisions they made in the 90's didn't help either. We also have outdated fee for service payments, more complex patient health issues than in the past, physician burnout, that aren't helping the situation either.

That's awful, we need to read and understand all the bills politicians put through. Sneaking in things we don't want isn't that rare.

I think it's the billionaires, they focus on nothing but making more money, nothing else matters. Can't have environmental laws taking away from the bottom line.

Most of us know these chemicals are in everything, everywhere on this planet. Yet, we continue to poison ourselves. Why? Because it makes a small group of obscenely wealthy people richer. That's how it looks to me.

I hope you will be very happy here.

And the subtext to everything that I write, particularly in my first article, is that not only did they fuck us, but ultimately they doomed themselves, that is, if we can get it together FFS.

We don’t have to take care of them. Not until we have a very real conversation about all of this first.
Paging Canada: Your future doctors are fleeing the U.S.
Before the US election, my wife and I talked about moving to Canada. 2 days after, we put the wheels in motion.

Thank you for coming to Canada, we need more doctors and nurses. Please encourage others in the same profession to consider moving to Canada too.

So why, when critical doctor shortages have been ongoing for least 2 decades, has this issue not been fixed? How is our healthcare viewed as such a low priority by so many politicians? Are many just swayed by all the money that could be made by enabling private healthcare?
November 10, 2025 at 7:22 PM
Oh great, more debt for Canadian households, for on-line crap they don't need.
November 10, 2025 at 7:17 PM
Last thing I would want.
November 10, 2025 at 7:15 PM
We do, ensuring that appropriate Healthcare spending is a priority, would be a good start.

We all saw this coming, insanity to charge for those vaccinations.
November 10, 2025 at 7:11 PM
Why can the premiers spend that money in ways that don't benefit us? That needs to change.
November 10, 2025 at 7:10 PM
We need to better fund our Canadian school system. We clearly have adults with no ability for critical thinking. As a result, they are unable to understand how and why vaccinations work, and the inherent risk of measles to their children.
