When I say I wish Pokémon had grown with its target audience, I mean I wish there were several Pokémon in the game that are absolutely useless for the first 75 levels and then become really badass. A true bonsai approach. I’m talking sinking 100 hours of training into a Pokémon and THEN it gets good

I made a Japandi salmon spread! It’s air fried salmon filets, cream cheese, milk kefir, fresh dill, lemon zest, green onion, mirin, sake, usukuchi shoyu, shiso umeboshi, kewpie mayo and just a LITTLE yuzu mayo. Extreeeemely happy. Next time I may add a bit of mustard oil.
