The most frustrating thing about the last 6 months is just how much my colleagues and fellow students at Harvard have consistently underestimated the threat Trump posed.
I was told I was overreacting and things won't be that bad. And yet, it is and it can still get so much worse.

90 people that got sent to El Salvador were legal immigrants. 50 of them had appointments with US immigration and had permission to enter to attend those appointments.

The elections we are experiencing are not typical Left vs Right elections. They're an existential battle between post-WWII democracies and propaganda-fed populist extremists and authoritarians. Countries that lose these battles may not recover the democracy they have known for a long time.

Trump accepting a jet from a foreign country without consent from Congress, isnt a “gray area”, it’s just straight up illegal and violates Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the US Constitution.
