I remember you mentioning that, but this is the first time I read your blog post. Sucks that everybody who makes something has to constantly be on the lookout for people stealing their stuff.

I sell on eBay and as I understand it, if someone makes a DMCA claim there's nothing you can do. There's no appealing, etc. The website just takes the person's word and takes it down. Not just eBay. I mean in general. Stupid.
