Living it up in Pittsburgh. Caretaker (w/GF) of Junipurr. Lover of junk food/Dew. Try to make money reselling. Owner of a failed YouTube channel. Saving the earth with my Prius. Still use my Hotmail account.
I bought a couple of lots of DVDs (almost 100!) to resell and I had forgotten they closed differently when they first came out...the long plastic that wrapped around the end. And then the more traditional closing on the right but they had two extra clips that you had to undo first.

Thanks! Looks like we got a winner! Pic from eBay. Unfortunately, not worth anything.

I've complained before that estate sale people who do online auctions often have awful pictures. Any idea what DVD this is? It's edited out of a bigger picture so it may be worse looking than in the original but maybe someone recognizes it. Tried Google...no luck.

OK, it was right after a sneeze. And that lump next to Chick is his sister Alice keeping warm under the blanket. Of course both of them were awesome cats.

Pro Tip: If you are going to ask for something on Freecycle, you might want to check Freecycle first:

Deciding which book to read next. Amish murder or a book on Parker Brothers.

Watched The Wrong Guy. Dave Foley. 1997. Enjoyed it a lot. Might be hard to find. Watched it on YouTube. Never heard of it until I read a book on Kids in the Hall.

We went to the library which is in the same building as the borough hall where I start my new job next Tuesday. I timed it. And we went the back way so I think I can shave a good 15 seconds off that time. 😀

Tuesday night…the night I was forced to make meatloaf. And I think it was a hit! GF’s dad asked for seconds. I mean, it’s probably the most basic meatloaf recipe in the world but he likes simple.

7Up Shirley Temple. Apparently, this was out last year too and was very popular. I don't remember seeing it. I'm interested but don't want to buy a 12-pack in case I don't like it. I don't think it's available in a 20-oz bottle but it is in a 2-liter. Maybe I'll buy that.

A little "behind the scenes" of a DJ back in the day (of which I was one). Notice on the record it says "Intro :08." That's to let the DJ know they can talk over the music for 8 seconds before the vocals start. And yes I'm old enough that my first DJ job, we were using records.

I panic bought a webcam for tomorrow’s zoom meeting because my laptop is sketchy at best. I’ll use it on my desktop. But I noticed at Walmart the first webcam has the security thing wrapped around it but none of the other ones do.

Time to play "Where's Junipurr?"

In lab or at home? The at home one isn't as bad. Pic below. Had to do it 3 nights in a row and I did get some sleep. The in lab, they attach all these wires to you, you're in a strange bed, and you know they're watching you.

It’s funny because it’s true. Been there…got zero sleep.

Kitty Under Glass. GF has a glass planter thing and since there were no flowers in it at the time, Junipurr decided to move in. She squeezed thru the opening.

I’m old. My very own AARP magazine. Actually, I get a discount on Consumer Cellular w/a subscription so it actually pays for itself.

An incredibly dark life insurance ad from, I think, the 1920's.
