The method of intake has a lot to do with it. Oral progesterone has to go through the liver so you'll only get some of the effect vs suppository you will get closer to the full dose so adjust accordingly.

Kenji Lopez-Alt or even the KQED Archives of Jacques Pepin can be really great ways to learn and grow along the journey that is food. PBS showed me that food could be more than just sustenance. It's the best way to bond and show someone that you care about them.

I'd say the community will answer but the grumpier of the old folks may turn their nose up (Arch user forum toxicity is legendary). That being said there's a lot of new people who are learning this now too who are pretty willing to share if you put your questions out there. We all started somewhere.

Yeah the bad old days are largely behind us, Nvidia gpus still use proprietary drivers but that's the main rub. I've been dailying Linux for 2 years now I still game every day and I've got software for whatever I want. Nixos had a learning curve but Mint is a good training wheels os to dip your toes
