I haven’t felt this mentally unwell in a few years. The crushing weight of the fact I may not be able to get HRT, that I could watch my gf die because she could lose access to HRT, that we both are terrified to leave the house. OCD is a bitch, but I’m starting to believe the obsessions are right

Just so everyone understands: if you have had bottom surgery/hysterectomy and no longer have either type of gonads, this is an actual death sentence as their bones will disintegrate and health will go downhill, as well as the gRape and abuse
