Abortion was not a tentpole issue for the Dems and we accepted imperfect allies. And now Roe is GONE. Women are dying. Idaho is without OBGYNs

Federal marriage equality was the result of a Supreme Court ruling. Same with Roe. Same with any number of protections (workplace discrimination for trans people was the result of a SCOTUS ruling with GORSUCH).
