I did a little inflation calculating and in today’s money we’re talking about paying roughly 360k for a house, that when fixed up, would be worth about 535k. Even with a discount there’s no way a place like this would sell for less than a Million today.

RG general reading culture/bookish topics, talking scared is mostly interviews with horror writers, SbG is an analytical review of great genre fiction, JKT covers every Stephen king book in order of publication, and BitF is another horror fiction podcast which also features a interviews.

Reading Glasses, Talking Scared, Shelved by Genre, Just King Things, and Books in the Freezer are all pretty good to great book focused podcasts.
