Enough is enough! 98% of ED staff have experienced alcohol-related violence and aggression. This is not a safe or acceptable environment for staff, patients and their whānau.

Interesting article. This raises many questions which can not be definitively answered by this study, but this is an important conversation to be had.

IMO, Metacognition and awareness of our cognitive biases can help address them longer term
