No worries! With pathologies is very hard since bone reacts in similar ways to many different things so you can never be 100% sure unless you know that animal’s story 😅

I was going to say that it looks like a very badly rehealed fracture! But it could be a mix of that and infection that made the rehealing of the fracture weird!
