Me and a friend have completed our study on creating optimal navigation path for velocity based AI movement, from a couple hundreads of tests the most optimal method used Phi* together with bezeir curves to create smooth lines for the agent to follow. #unity #gamedev #indiegamedev

Writing my bachelor's thesis and looking at previous works from students is wild, some are reasonable at ~30 pages with 16 academic sources and then you find a 200 page beast with 3 pages of only sources. Some people are crazy. #university #school

Grim (my cat) is usually silent but has learned that meows catch my attention, therefore whenever she meows I know that one of four things is wrong:no food,no water, filthy litterbox or I have been sleeping for 14 hours and she's worried.

Multiple credible sources claiming that a new GOP bill plans to rename Greenland "Red,White and Blueland". What the hell is going on over there? This has to be some south-park joke that went too far right? "Any reference in law,map,regulations .. Shall be deemed to reference "red,white and Blueland"

I've been taking trains to get where I need for most of my adult life and today something happened that I've never before experienced: my train arrived 10 minutes early. I don't really understand how that can happen but it's a pleasant surprise

Working on a fog Shader in unity3d HLSL and am smashing my head against a brick wall trying to find why the fullscreen shader refuses to use all the additional lights at the same time. Has anyone had a smilar problem? it clearly gets and uses the point light data correctly,idk help is appreciated.

sharing a previous project i made with a friend, the marching cube generation works great and feels fun to dig through but the mass editing of terrain is fairly unoptomized. Updating mesh creation and streamlining the neighboor updating would make it perfect👍. Unity3d Procedural generation Project
