To my mind, fencing off pedestrian right of ways which were authorized and funded by state and local jurisdictions without a public review process is blatantly illegal. No different from Trump closing federal departments he doesn't like.

Sometimes i have stress dreams where i meet a new person and get so weird and anxious i introduce myself with a british accent and then i just have to keep using the british accent around them for the rest of the dream to avoid being found out
