Congratulations on the new skill tree you unlocked!! I don't think it's particularly unusual to discover things like that when it's not like we're always taught them in school or anything!
Often it's just left to us to seek out or figure out what we need when we get fed up with ourselves...

YEAH it's such a good mindset to cultivate!! That's where I'm at! I love practicing that sort of grounding & reveling in body sensation appreciation??
It's really nice when you can just kind of sink your roots into how your body is feeling and take satisfaction in being a part of the world ✨
