OMG THIS!! I don’t need a TELEVISION in my car. I am DRIVING. I need a stereo & a screen for a map when needed. Watching someone (as a passenger) fiddle with their screens while driving is the WORST.

You’re not wrong. We’re sold consumerism at every turn, and all the “little treats” we tell ourselves we deserve. That said, maybe taking an intentional break (even for 24 hours) might help us break that.

Not all gen-x. Not all the time. But yes it’s me and yes it’s most of the time. BUT I JUST NEED CLARIFICATION.
