Their sound has changed a bit but I love it. It feels like they are working harder at mastering their instruments and hiding less behind synthesizers and space sounds. That’s not to say those sounds are gone but Magner is leaning more into piano and organ while barber is leaning into cleaner tones

I was seeing the Biscuits at State Theater in Portland, ME I believe April 2024. My brother and I get responsible and get a hotel across the street. So we proceed to party. 2-3 songs in my brother hands me vape, I forgot it’s not totally legal, security grabs me and violently throws me outfront door

I’m not a huge Goose fan but Goosemas is happening 6 minute drive from my house and it’s my older brothers favorite band and he’s never seen them live, just listens to them on nugs. I bought us tickets to both nights for his birthday. I saw the PPPP after show & there’s no way my old ass can do it

I honestly really wanted one. In hindsight I’m glad I didn’t get one. I’m honestly a bit of an audiophile. I just bought a super nice car (inheritance toy) and the biggest let down is the “Premium Audio with Dolby Atmos” isn’t better (I use Tidal streaming and have Dolby Atmos albums saved)

Is that the old Baltimore Comedy Factory? It was next to Rams Head Live (live in Rhode Island now but grew up on Kent Island, lived in Annapolis a few years, and lived in Baltimore for 10+ years until like 5 years ago. Lived in Old Goucher/Remington area)

It’s not like they woke up wanting to struggle but for the longevity of the music it feels like a serious commitment to taking this much further. They’re willing to take it two steps back to take it miles forward.

Regardless of the drama and internet’s feelings, I’m glad the band did this. I love Allen, I love Sammy, but I love the Biscuits. Them taking the time to relearn this and go through it feels like a reinvestment in the future. Without this change, it could have just been end of Biscuits.

That’s not the Biscuits. Look at the posts. It’s just set list updates from 4+ months ago. It’s just an angry disgruntled fan/troll. It’s not shared on any of their personal pages or band pages on other social outlets. Earlier today there was also a fake “Marc” page posting stuff.

I feel like members of the bands family generally know not to post about internal band things on social media. Not saying it’s ok, but it would be different if it was a casual conversation at a bar or whatever but to write it to be seen and knowing it would probably come back is probably a bad idea
