It would be worth it to throw Linux onto a spare machine and attempt to run those applications on wine. I think they would all run on it unless there's some super weird licensing stuff with Adobe. But I've never heard of most of those apps so I can't say, but it seems worth it to give it a shot.

This is also a cheat because I only know this from the cover of the VHS in the rental stores. I never actually saw it.
