vision zero was adopted in 2016, and re-affirmed since then. it does actually seems that pedestrian traffic deaths have increased in that time (though these are very small numbers) but pedestrian injuries have decreased pretty significantly

Also. This is posted by a company aiming to give out business loans. Even calling this a study is really silly. This is a shallow "business view" of "where is cuisine".

OpenAI's billing math doesn't make sense.

I don't want to pay them monthly, so I paid $30 once to chat via a terminal tool, to experiment. This typically costs me ~30 cents or less per month.

Yesterday, my account - which yesterday had ~90% of that budget left - was drained to "-$0.01".
