How are your energy levels generally?

Do you experience any kind of: fatigue & exhaustion (physically and mentally), zone out for periods of time, feeling of detachment from yourself?

Don’t mean to be nosey; just concerned; having been thru it, wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

My concern is that High Masking, over time, becomes harder and harder, and at the same time, things in your life start to get affected.

I know you’re not so worried now, but from a person who was High Masking for nearly 40 years, it’s taken nearly everything from me.

Just please bear that in mind
