Framing for the “hospital to home” shift (sometimes hospital to community). Please don’t think of this as moving boxes of care from Hospitals and doing them in the community. It’s not community diagnostics (which is mostly changing the postcode for satnav and nothing else) 1/3

The RSV pre-fusion vaccine Abrysvo is really effective in the real world. In this new study effectiveness in the first season post-licensure, the vaccine was 92% effective in preventing severe infection defined as an ER visit or hospitalization requiring oxygen.
