For example, that built manufacturing capacity doesn't go away even with Trump's hostile policies. I would expect continued growth to slow for now, but what's built is built.

One of the alternatives for the DTX diverted north of 22nd St. and would have run under 3rd St., but up through Mission Bay rather than Bayview. And there's long been a vision for an infill station at Oakdale for Caltrain to directly serve Bayview.
