I wonder if that line above the actual quote about "not providing military aid anywhere in the world" is an accurate reflection of his opinion. I mostly agree with the quote itself, but does that extend to include countries like Ukraine and Taiwan for example?

This is so obviously untrue. Starting from scratch, getting a new national infrastructure going, & broadly running candidates on a separate party line will result in that new party winning precisely zero seats at anything above the city level & will result in many more Republicans getting elected.
