There’s certainly NPCs that genuinely give you lots of reasons to hate them. Villains of a long questline, traitors to your faction, or people who betray you specifically are among many of TES’ most hated characters. However, the ACTUALLY most hated TES characters are the rude and/or annoying ones.

I remember talking to some friends about weapon ideas a long time ago, and one of them mentioned some sort of whip. I’m sure she was really excited to see that Capcom technically listened to her lol

I know most consider it cheating, but it gets rid of the early hell of farming for blood vials, bullets, and other useful items. I personally wouldn’t use it for leveling up unless I make a character specifically for dueling other players

You should check out Bloodborne once you get that HDMI cable. It’ll be a challenging game, but I promise it’ll be worth it if you like gothic architecture, a Victorian London aesthetic, and cosmic horror
