It can't be legal to keep saying 'Tariffs yes', crashing the market, then saying 'Tariffs no' so that the market recovers.
This seems fishy and I'm sure people 'in the know' are making a killing by buying when the stocks crash and then selling again when they go back up.

I've said this before in response to the arguments "that Humans don't have that much impact on climate and nature", it's happened in my life time.
