What's interesting here is that most of EPAs funding is passed through to state and local partners in the form of grants...so yeah, this isn't good.

I can't get an appointment at the VA because they're understaffed. Community care costs taxpayers significantly more than care provided directly by the VA. It's prudent to fill vacancies and save community care for areas without VA facilities.
