Well, here it is. I've left what used to be Twitter. I'm a nervous wreck, but I'm kicking off my mid-life crisis by trying to get ahead of all this intense anxiety. My feelings of dread are not due entirely to the last 100 days, but they were a tipping point. I'm not well, but I'm gonna get help.
