The wonderful @desduck.bsky.social & @lazerus101.bsky.social gifted me a Nintendo Gameboy Lego set for my birthday so I spent the afternoon putting it together. It looks fantastic!

I've had a really good day. Wasn't a big birthday day but I spent it with @lazerus101.bsky.social and @desduck.bsky.social. We met up to visit Wings & Beer for food (and drink) and then headed back to mine to play games and ended up watching Night of the Zoopocalypse which was cute but formulaic

I've had a really good day. Wasn't a big birthday day but I spent it with @lazerus101.bsky.social and @desduck.bsky.social. We met up to visit Wings & Beer for food (and drink) and then headed back to mine to play games and ended up watching Night of the Zoopocalypse which was cute but formulaic
I celebrated Halloween by not being at home and instead visiting the cinema to see Back to the Future for its 40th anniversary showing. It was fantastic to see it at the cinema as I was too young when it came out originally. They also had a Delorean out front for photos!

It feels like there's a lot of games trying to be the next Balatro. I've tried a bunch of them recently and some are good and some are just short. I finished Buckshot Roulette in 40 minutes and Slots & Daggers under 3 hours. I've very much been enjoying CloverPit tho and Ball X Pit shows promise

In other NordicFuzzCon news, I was pleased to have been offered a space on the Brewery Tour & Beer Tasting at Hyllie Bryggeri during the convention. I had been too late to get in on the 2 available days so was on the waiting list but they've opened it up for a third day and I got a space! #NFC2026

Working my way through the pick and mix box of hot chocolate flavours I selected while visiting the Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser Cafe in Manchester on Saturday. Yesterday I tried the Black Forest Gateau flavour which was superb. Today I'm trying the Peanut Butter flavour but I'm not as taken by it

It's kinda funny taking a duct tape dummy and seeing what your dimensions look like. Obviously I'm still looking to lose more weight over time but I had to do this at some point. This will be for an upgrade to my Digby Duck to a full suit. Can I also just say that I absolutely hate this process? 😆

I really wanted it to not be shit as I've a soft spot for the Tron series. Even though Tron Legacy was disappointing, it took place in a fantastic setting. Now with them taking Tron into the real world and also starring Jared Leto, I had my concerns but hoped it could still be good. Seems it isn't

Some people collect CDs or Vinyl records but I like to collect movies. This is what my current collection looks like. Most of these are in 4K where available. I just like having copies of movies I like on disc in the best quality versions available :)

Regarding my @nordicfuzzcon.org registration I got a message saying my registration is pending approval however when I check the website it now says this. I guess this means it's unlikely I'll have secured a hotel room. Seriously, I can't deal with the stress of registering for furry cons any more

Do you have any dream suits that you wish you'd be able to wear from media or theme parks? For me, it's Michaelangelo from the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie (not a photo from the movie, this is actually a model but I couldn't find a good pic) and my second is Timon from the Disney Parks!

Picked up a new addition to my Blu-ray collection. This is a movie I wish more people had seen. I really enjoyed it so I'm glad to have added it to my collection

The brass band playing outside The Harris Museum on Sunday were playing various songs from popular culture but when they did a rendition of Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious which transitioned into the Mickey Mouse Club theme sent me right back to Disneyland. It was great to catch the performance!

The Wallace and Gromit exhibition at the Harris Museum in Preston is well worth a visit. They've got loads of stuff to see and it's free!

Had a good day out meeting up with some local furs and checking out Preston Pride before browsing the makers market and ending up at the fantastic Chainhouse Brewery which I've never been to before but will definitely need to visit again in the future :)
